It undertakes to continuously update the information, news, prices and general institutional content available, as well as to delete any offensive comment against the brand or another user, which contradicts the stated principle of enjoyment and usefulness.

The rules that users must follow while interacting with the Hotel Nacional de Cuba, on the official website and the HNC1930 app, are those morally understood as correct, without offenses, verbal abuse and no mistreatment of the other. Hotel Nacional de Cuba applies the right to restrict access, temporarily or permanently, to users who are found to be in breach of these rules.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival or departure date, the total amount of your stay will be deducted.

If you cancel prior to 48 hours of check-in or check-out, you will be charged ONLY as stated below:

If your payment was made by international payment methods, the refund may take less than 20 days and 10% of the amount paid will be deducted for payment processing fees.

If your payment was made by TRANSFERMOBILE or ENZONA, the refund may take approximately 7 business days, and 3% of the amount paid will be deducted for bank processing fees.

Payment Policies

Any national (Enzona or Transfermovil) and international (international cards and other alternative payment methods with international reach) online payment methods are accepted.
